After searching the net for hours looking for the perfect helpdesk system,
we could only find 2 types of helpdesk scripts:
Free systems: Yes, they're free but they lack a lot of important functions... and some of them had security issues.
Commercial systems:
Packed with a gazillion tools that we couldn't find a decent use for, we didn't need a helpdesk system that took care of our house pets... and they were priced based on the number of functions
